I love the Golden Crown Restaurant. Why? Because of consistently delicious food, wonderful service, and great atmosphere. This is my go-to place in Baker City for dine-in or take-out. We've been eating here for years and I can't recommend it highly enough. SERVICE: Ramona and Morgan are fabulous servers -- highly professional, quick and efficient, kind and courteous, friendly and funny -- they're the best! FOOD: The Golden Crown's food is really tasty -- Well-prepared with good quality ingredients, and VERY generous portions. There is always plenty for leftovers. We usually end up ordering two or three the same dishes: 1. Kung Pao King 2. Pork Fried Rice 3. Mandarin Noodles 4. BBQ Pork 5. Side of General Tso's sauce 6. Side of Pan Fried Noodles Other things we've tried: * Thai Salad Rolls -- fabulous * Thai Red Curry -- really yummy ATMOSPHERE: Inside is great -- They've got booths! Best of all is the outside seating next to the river. When the weather is warm enough to sit outside you just can't beat it. Did I mention that I love Golden Crown Restaurant?
Great, friendly service. Prices were very low, and the food was great. Very generous portions. This will be a planned stop on future trips through Baker City, Oregon.
The sushi is always good here as long as Cassie is making it!! The service can be very slow though.

Surprisingly good sushi. The northern Thai noodles are also really good. We go here whenever we get a chance. The servers are always nice and even when it's crowded it doesn't get too loud. I appreciate having a place like this in our little town.
